1pkg. (16 oz.)Gluten Free Pasta,
1 1/2c.chunky salsa picante, hot, medium or mild,
1/2c.H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, light or fat free,
1/2c.Central Market Pecans, chopped,
1c.H-E-B Shredded Italian Parmesan Cheese,
1Cook gluten free pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
2Combine salsa, sour cream and pecans in a medium skillet and heat over medium heat for two minutes until hot. Place hot salsa mixture in a large pasta bowl and add hot pasta, Parmesan cheese and cilantro. Toss well to coat.
