Ingredients

1pkg. (16 oz.)Gluten Free Pasta,

6roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped,

1pkg. (8 oz.)H-E-B Shredded Italian Blend Cheese,

4c.fresh H-E-B Baby Spinach, chopped,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1can (4 oz.)Hill Country Fare Mushrooms Stems & Pieces, drained,

•salt & pepper,

Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2Combine tomatoes, cheese, spinach, olive oil and mushrooms in a large bowl; toss to combine. Add cooked and drained pasta and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes.
