Ingredients

1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Sliced Peaches,

1c.Hill Country Fare Guava Nectar,

2packets (1/4 oz. each)unflavored gelatin,

1/2c.sugar or 1/3 c. Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener,

2c.Greek style fat free yogurt,

1box (6 ct.)H-E-B Classic Selections Belgian Waffles,

Directions

1Combine sliced peaches and guava nectar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat to medium low and cook 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Keep warm.

2Place 2/3 cup water in a microwave safe 2 quart bowl and sprinkle the 2 packets of unflavored gelatin. Microwave on high power 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved. Add sugar to gelatin and slowly add yogurt, beating constantly with an electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes.

3Heat waffles according to package directions, cut each in half and serve with peaches in guava sauce and a scoop of whipped yogurt.
