Gluten Free Cheese Shells with Tomato and Basil

Ingredients

1bag (16 oz.)Tinyáda Brown Rice Pasta Shells,

3 - 4 clovesH-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic, chopped,

4mediumtomatoes, chopped,

1/4c. choppedfresh basil (or 2 tsp. dry crushed basil),

2c.shredded H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese,

1/4c.chopped Hill Country Fare Walnuts,

Directions

1Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

2Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to cooking pot. Add garlic, tomatoes, basil and shredded cheese. Stir mixture until cheese melts.

3Evenly spread cheesy shells in prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top with chopped walnuts and serve.
