Ingredients

1tsp.kosher or sea salt,

1/2tsp.Central Market Organics Black Pepper,

1tsp.Central Market Organics Crushed Red Pepper and Minced Garlic,

1/4c.H-E-B Italian Shredded Parmesan Cheese,

1/4c.Central Market Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

4largetomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick,

1/3c.fresh italian parsley,

1/2c.H-E-B Crumbled Goat or Feta Cheese,

Directions

1Charcoal or Gas Grill: Prepare grill so that fire is hot. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.

2Combine salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil in small plate or bowl. Brush tomato slices on each side with olive oil mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.

3Grill tomato slices 3 minutes on each side. Arrange grilled tomatoes on platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumbled cheese.
