Ingredients

6scoops (1/2 c. each)H-E-B Creamy Creations 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces,

1squareH-E-B The Baker's Scoop Chocolate Coating,

Directions

1Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Shape ice cream into 1/2-cup balls and place in prepared dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.

2Unwrap each ice cream ball and quickly roll in chopped pecans. Place in baking dish and freeze for 30 minutes or until frozen hard.

3Melt chocolate coating according to package directions in a small microwave-safe bowl (about 1 minute). Drizzle candy coating over each pecan-crusted ice cream ball. Cover with plastic wrap and keep frozen until ready to serve.
