Ingredients

2 c. shredded or thin sliced H-E-B Fully Cooked Texas Brisket,

12 H-E-B White Corn Tortillas,

* Hill Country Fare Non-Stick Canola Spray,

1/2 Texas 1015 Onion, cut into thin strips,

* salsa, guacamole and sour cream, as desired,

Directions

1 Heat oven to 450°F. Spray a foil-lined baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2 Place brisket in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 minute. Set aside.

3 Spray tortillas on both sides with non-stick cooking spray, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 minute to soften. Spread 3 tablespoons brisket and a couple of strips of onion, if desired, down the center of each tortilla and roll tightly, one at a time. Secure each flauta with a toothpick and set on prepared baking pan.

4 Bake flautas on center oven rack for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove toothpicks and serve with H-E-B Fresher Lasting Salsa Picante or your favorite garnishes.
