*Sweet Chili Peppercorn Rub:,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Brown Sugar,
2tsp.Hill Country Fare Chili Powder,
1tsp.fresh cracked black peppercorns,
1tsp.Central Market Organics Minced Garlic,
1(2 lb.)H-E-B All Natural Sirloin Steak, cut 1 inch thick,
1Combine brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper, garlic and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle the rub evenly over both sides of the steak, pressing the rub gently into the meat. Cover steak with plastic wrap and allow it to sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before grilling.
2Meanwhile, heat charcoal for 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on high for 10 minutes with lid closed.
3Grill steak over medium heat (375°F grill surface temperature) for 4 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 140°F for medium rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let steak sit for 2 minutes, then serve.
