1pkg. (8 oz.)H-E-B Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, regular or reduced fat,
1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray a 2-quart microwave safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
2Combine tortilla strips, H-E-B Cheesy Chicken Enchilada soup, drained chicken breast chunks, shredded cheese, onion, tomato and cilantro; toss to coat ingredients. Pour enchilada mixture in prepared baking dish. Cover dish loosely with plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven for 5 minutes on high power.
3Remove plastic wrap and bake on the center oven rack for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
