1/2bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Medium Shells,
3 - 4 clovesgarlic, peeled & chopped,
1/4c. choppedfresh basil or 2 tsp. dry crushed basil,
1c.H-E-B Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, regular or reduced fat,
1box (17.3 oz.)H-E-B Tomato Soup,
1/2c.italian seasoned bread crumbs,
1Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
2Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to cooking pot. Add garlic, tomato, basil and H-E-B Tomato Soup. Stir mixture and pour into the prepared baking dish. Top the shells with the shredded cheese.
3Bake uncovered on the center oven rack for 15 minutes. Remove cheesy shells from oven, top with Italian seasoned bread crumbs and serve.
