8Hill Country Fare Frozen Chicken Tenders, thawed,

1c.onion, chopped,

1pouch (16 oz.)H-E-B Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup,


1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2Arrange the uncooked fideo (vermicelli) in the baking dish and top with the thawed chicken tenders, chopped onion, the H-E-B Cheesy Enchilada Soup and 1/2 cup water. Bake the chicken tenders for 15 minutes or until the fideo has absorbed the sauce. Do not overcook chicken will be tough.
