Ingredients

1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Olive Oil,

1clovegarlic, chopped and crushed,

1/4tsp.fresh cracked black pepper,

Directions

1Combine the crushed and chopped garlic, olive oil and pepper in the bowl that the steamed vegetables will be served.

2Microwave the mixture on High power for 30 seconds. Add 4 servings of your favorite steamed and drained vegetables. Season to taste with salt.
