1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Olive Oil,

1Tbsp.fresh grated lemon peel,

*juice of the lemon,

Directions

1Combine the olive oil, grated lemon zest and lemon juice in the bowl steamed vegetables will be served.

2Microwave the oil and lemon mixture for 30 seconds. Add 4 servings of your favorite steamed and drained vegetables and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
