1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Olive Oil,

1Tbsp.fine chopped basil or 1/2 tsp. ground dried basil,

Directions

1Place the oil and basil in a very small bowl or the bowl in which the vegetables will be served. Heat the oil and herbs in the microwave oven for 30 seconds.

2Add 4 servings of your favorite steamed and drained vegetables and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
