Ingredients

1box (17.3 oz.)H-E-B Spicy Southwestern Style Black Bean Soup,

4c.H-E-B Frozen Calabacita Blend,

1/2tsp. each:Hill Country Fare Chili Powder, Cumin & Garlic Powder,

1c.chopped tomatoes,

1/4c.chopped cilantro,

1/2c.H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese, regular or reduced fat,

Directions

1Combine the H-E-B Spicy Black bean soup, calabacita blend, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, chopped tomato and cilantro in a large soup pot.

2Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Top each bowl of soup with 2 Tablespoons shredded cheese.
