1c.H-E-B Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth,
1/2c.H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream,
1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Frozen Mixed Vegetables,
2c.cooked chopped roasted turkey or chicken,
8Hill Country Fare Tube Buttermilk Biscuits,
1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2Combine chicken broth, sour cream, mixed vegetables, onions and turkey in prepared baking dish. Season to taste with black pepper. Cover dish with a paper towel and heat in Microwave on High power for 6 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
3Place the buttermilk biscuits on top of hot chicken pot pie filling. Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
