3Tbsp.lemon juice,

1/2c. choppedtomato,

1/2tsp.H-E-B Texas Original Cajun Seasoning,

1/2tsp.black pepper,

1(8 oz.)H-E-B Tough & Easy Container,


1Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped tomato, Cajun seasoning and black pepper in a blender and puree to a smooth texture. Pour the dressing in the Tough & Easy container and refrigerate. Use 2 Tablespoons per serving.
