1lb.granny smith apples, peeled, cored & sliced,
1c.sweet yellow onion, chopped,
2Tbsp.fine chopped fresh ginger,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1/4c.Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener,
1/4tsp. eachCentral Market Organics Ground Cinnamon & Cayenne Pepper,
1Heat oven to 450°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.
2Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste with salt. Spread the mixture in the prepared roasting pan and roast for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
