Ingredients

1pkg. (16 oz.)H-E-B Select Extra Fine Green Beans,

4Roma tomatoes, chopped,

2Tbsp. eachred onion, garlic & basil, chopped,

2Tbsp.red wine vinegar,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

2Tbsp.fresh basil, chopped,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese,

Directions

1Cook H-E-B Select Extra Fine Green Beans according to package directions drain and place in a large bowl.

2Add the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil to the green beans and toss to combine. Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar and grated parmesan cheese in a small jar with lid and shake well to combine. Add the dressing to the salad and season the salad to taste with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve. Can be prepared a day ahead.
