2slicedred onion, rings separated,
2c. choppediceberg lettuce,
1Layer the chicken chunks, avocado slices, fajita vinaigrette, red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño and shredded lettuce on a plate. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss the salad before serving.
