1/4c.red wine,

1 1/2Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1tsp.H-E-B Dijon Mustard,

1/4tsp. each:salt and fresh cracked black pepper,

1clovegarlic,

1/2tsp.Central Market Organics Herb de Provence,

1/3c.water,

1(8 oz.)H-E-B Tough & Easy Container,

Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a blender or small food processor and process until garlic is fine chopped (about 30 seconds). Place the dressing in the Tough & Easy container, seal and refrigerate until ready to use. Use 2 Tablespoons per serving.
