1jar (12 oz.)mandarin oranges, drained,

1c.H-E-B Fat Free Half & Half,

2c.H-E-B Fat Free Milk,

1 1/2c.H-E-B Real Egg,

1/4c.shredded coconut (optional),


1Heat oven to 325°F. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with no stick spray.

2Place mandarin oranges sections in a food processor or blender bowl and process for 10 seconds. Add the fat free half & half, fat free milk, Real Egg and coconut to the orange sections and process for 15 seconds. Pour custard mixture into the prepared baking dish and place inside a larger baking pan. Fill outside baking pan halfway with water and place in center oven rack.

33. Bake flan for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the flan comes out clean. Carefully, remove flan dish from hot water bath and cool on a rack. Chill thoroughly before serving.
