Ingredients

1bag (5 oz.)H-E-B Spring Mix,

2celery ribs, thin sliced,

2green onions, thin sliced,

1c.sliced cucumber,

2c.Hill Country Fare Cooked Large Shrimp, thawed,

•juice of 1 lemon,

1/4c.H-E-B Cocktail Sauce,

Directions

1Layer the spring mix, celery slices, green onion slices, cucumber slices and thawed shrimp in a salad bowl or platter. Combine the lemon juice and cocktail sauce. Toss the salad and serve each portion with 1 1/2 tablespoons cocktail sauce.
