1pkg. (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Baby Spinach,
2thin slicesred onion, rings separated,
4H-E-B Fully Cooked Reduced Sodium Chicken Breast, thin sliced,
1Combine the olive oil, grapefruit sections with their juice and avocado slices in a large salad bowl and toss gently to coat.
2Top grapefruit mixture with baby spinach, red onions and sliced chicken. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more. Toss the salad before serving.
