1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables,
1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Canola Oil,
1lb. trimmedflank steak, thin sliced across the grain,
2garlic cloves, chopped,
1Tbsp.Central Market Organics Seasame Seeds,
2Tbsp.light soy sauce,
1Cook the stir-fry vegetables in the microwave oven according to package directions, drain and set aside.
2Combine the thin sliced beef, peanut and sesame oil in a bowl and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and peppers.
3Heat a large skillet on high heat for 4 minutes. Add the seasoned beef and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked and browned. Add the cooked vegetables and soy sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
