2c.H-E-B Frozen Calabacita Blend,
1can (15 oz.)Hill Country Fare Garbanzo Beans, rinsed & drained,
1can (15 oz.)Hill Country Fare Pinto Beans, rinsed & drained,
1tsp. each:Hill Country Fare Chili Powder, Ground Cumin & Garlic Powder,
2c.Central Market Organics Reduced Sodium Vegetable Broth,
1/2c.H-E-B Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese,
1Combine the tomatoes with their juice, calabacita blend, drained and rinsed beans, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder and vegetable broth to a large soup pot.
2Bring the vegetable soup to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 30 minutes. Season the soup to taste with fresh cracked pepper and serve each with 1 Tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
