Ingredients

1 3/4c.H-E-B Fat Free Half & Half,

1/4c.H-E-B Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener,

1c.H-E-B Real Egg,

8slicesH-E-B Glycemic Bread,

1c.H-E-B Frozen Berry Medley, thawed,

1canHill Country Fare Butter Flavored No-Stick Spray,

*zest of 1 lemon,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Sugar Free Syrup,

Directions

1In a large bowl combine the half and half, sweetener and Real Eggs and beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Set the mixture aside.

2Spray the skillet with Hill Country Fare No-Stick Butter spray. Heat a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Dip the Glycemic bread into the batter and cook on each side for 1 1/2 minutes. Cook 2 slices at a time and keep warm.

3To serve, Sprinkle each French toast with lemon zest and top 2 Tablespoons berry medley and 1 Tablespoon sugar free syrup.
