1tsp.Central Market Organic Cayenne Pepper,
1container (12 oz.)H-E-B Pork Carnitas, shredded and trimmed of fat,
1/2c. chopped freshcilantro,
1c.H-E-B Seriously Sweet Tomatoes, thin slices,
1/2boxH-E-B Fully Fit Wheat Crisp Crackers,
1Combine the BBQ sauce, cayenne pepper, shredded pork carnitas and cilantro in a bowl and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
2Place 1 Firecracker Pork Medallion strip and 1 thin slice tomato on each cracker. Arrange prepared crackers on a tray and serve.
