1sliceH-E-B Canadian Bacon,
1/2c.H-E-B Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided,
1slice (1/2 inch)tomato,
1tsp.fresh basil, chopped,
1thin slicered onion,
1Spray a microwave safe plate with no-stick spray. Layer the Canadian bacon slice, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, tomato slice, chopped basil, red onion slice, shredded zucchini and remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on the prepared plate.
2Cover the stack loosely with a sprayed sheet of plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 1 minute.
