1slice (1 oz.)H-E-B Premium Mesquite Ham,

1slice (1 oz.)H-E-B Premium Cheddar or Monterey Cheese Slice,

3fresh asparagus spears, cut off & discard bottom inch, bell pepper, chopped,

1tsp.sweet yellow onion, chopped,


1Layer the ham slice, cheese slice on a flat surface. Arrange the asparagus spear lengthwise in the center of the ham and cheese. Sprinkle the red bell pepper and onion over the asparagus; season to taste with pepper only.

2Roll the ham and cheese like a taco and place on a microwave safe plate, seam side down, and microwave on High power for 10-15 seconds or until the cheese begins to melt.
