1c.Hill Country Fare Old Fashioned Oats,
1c.H-E-B Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts or Hill Country Fare Walnut Halves,
4c.H-E-B Corn, Wheat or Rice Squares,
¼c.Hill Country Fare Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice,
1bag (12 oz.)H-E-B Dried Fruit Mixed Fruit, chopped,
1Heat oven to 250°F. Spray a large baking sheet pan with no stick spray, set aside.
2Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and paprika in a small zipper snack bag, seal, shake, set aside.
3Combine nuts, oats, cereal squares and apple juice concentrate in prepared baking pan: toss mixture to coat evenly.
4Sprinkle spice mixture over nuts and cereal mixture, toss again to coat. Bake on center oven rack 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, through cooking time. Cool mixture. Stir in dried fruits. Store Harvest Snack Mix in a large zipper bag.
