Ingredients

4mediumHass avocados, cut in half, stones and peel removed,

1sweet yellow onion, cut into 8 wedges,

2tomatoes, each cut into 4 wedges,

2jalapeño peppers, each cut in half, seeds and stems removed,

4H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,

½tsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Beef or Chicken Fajita Seasoning,

*juice of 1 lime,

¼c.chopped fresh cilantro,

*salt and pepper,

1box (16 oz.)H-E-B Baked Corn Tortillas, cut into chips,

Directions

1Combine avocados, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, garlic, olive oil, and fajita seasoning in a large zipper bag. Gently turn the bag over several times to coat ingredients.

2pray a grilling mesh with nonstick cooking spray, and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium low (300°F). Place seasoned avocado mixture on prepared grilling mesh and put mesh directly on hot grill. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes.

3Chop grilled guacamole ingredients and combine in a large bowl with the lime juice and chopped cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with baked corn tortilla chips.
