Ingredients

½tsp.Central Market Organics® Ground Black Pepper,

½tsp.kosher salt,

¼c.H-E-B Natural Cheese 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese,

½c.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1loaf (16 oz.)Bakery Baguette, cut into ½-inch slices at bakery (34 slices),

1jar (8 oz.)H-E-B Specialty Series Tomato Bruschetta,

Directions

1Spray a grilling mesh with nonstick cooking spray and place on top of a foil lined baking sheet. Combine pepper, salt, cheese, and olive oil in a small bowl. Brush one side of each baguette slice with the olive oil mixture and place brushed-side-up on the grilling mesh.

2Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium-low (300°F). Place grilling mesh with bread slices on the grill, close grill cover, and cook for 3 minutes, or until toasted on the bottom. Turn baguette slices over and toast for 2 minutes. Top each slice with a teaspoon of the tomato bruschetta and enjoy!
