1H-E-B Cedar Plank,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Seafood Seasoning,
1lb.whole Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon ,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
2containers (2 oz. each ) H-E-B Peach Habanero Splash,
4c.Dole Spring Mix, from one 5 oz. package,
1Soak cedar plank in warm water for 1 hour.
2Arrange charcoal on one side of the grill. Line the other side with heavy-duty foil. Heat charcoal 40 minutes or until coals are ashen.
3Sprinkle salmon with seafood seasoning and set aside.
4Sprinkle cedar plank with seafood seasoning and heat plank on grill with cover down until it begins to smoke. Remove plank and place salmon skin side down on plank.
5Brush salmon with olive oil, place on the indirect-heat side of grill, cover, and grill for 10 minutes. Open grill, brush salmon fillet with one container of H-E-B Peach Habanero Splash, cover grill, and grill salmon for 5 more minutes. Arrange salmon on a platter and serve with additional Peach Habanero Splash.
