Crab-Stuffed Grilled Avocados

Ingredients

2Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Louisiana Hot Sauce,

*juice of 2 fresh limes,

3Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,

8H-E-B Fresher Lasting® Jumbo Avocado Halves,

1container (8 oz.)H-E-B Jumbo Lump Crab Meat,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Mayonnaise,

*salt and pepper,

¼c.H-E-B Roasted Pepper Tapenade,

Directions

1Combine hot sauce, lime juice, and olive oil in a small bowl. Place avocado halves and lime marinade in a zipper bag. Marinate for 10 minutes or more.

2Combine the lump crab with the mayonnaise in a small bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until avocados are grilled.

3Heat coals or grill to medium heat (375┬░F). Brush hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill avocados on each fl at side for 4 minutes. Turn the grilled avocado halves over and grill for 4 more minutes. Stuff each avocado with 2 Tablespoons each lump crab mixture and 1 teaspoon roasted red pepper tapenade. Serve warm.
