Ingredients

1/2 c.Hill Country Fare Walnuts Halves & Pieces,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Coconut Flakes Sweetened,

1box(20 oz.) H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Bakery Style Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix,

3H-E-B Eggs,

1/2 c.H-E-B Butter, melted, or H-E-B Extra Light Olive Oil,

4c.H-E-B Confectioners Powdered Sugar,

1pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese,

Directions

1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal, and set aside.

2Place walnuts and coconut flakes on a separate baking sheet and bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Reduce oven temperature to 300°F.

3 Combine brownie mix, toasted nuts, coconut, 1 egg, and butter or olive oil in a bowl and stir to combine. Press cake mixture in bottom of the prepared baking pan and set aside.

4Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and remaining 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over cake mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool for 1 hour or more. Cut cake into 18 bars, 2 1/2" x 3" each.
