2 ½lb.Yukon Gold Potatoes,
½jarTexas on the Plate Adobo Sauce,
1Tbsp.Adams Reserve Chipotle Powder,
1Quarter potatoes and place in a 3-quart pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over High heat. Reduce heat to Medium; cook potatoes at a gentle rolling boil 20 minutes or until tender.
2Drain well and return potatoes to cooking pot.
3Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a pot over Medium Low heat and let melt. Pour mixture into cooked potatoes and mash until smooth.
