Tuscan-Style Fish with Fresh Spinach

1to 1 1/2 pounds fresh Tilapia Fillets ,

2c. H-E-B Tomato Alfredo or Four Cheese Pasta Sauce,

1Tbsp.McCormick Italian Seasoning,

1/2c.shredded Parmesan, Asiago or Romano Cheese,


1Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1bag(9 or 10 ounce) fresh spinach leaves,


1Heat oven to 450°F. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.

2Place fillets on baking sheet; season both sides with Italian seasoning. Spoon pasta sauce evenly over fillets.

3 Bake 10 minutes. While fish bakes, heat a large skillet or wok over Medium-High heat; add oil. Add spinach to hot skillet by the handfuls, stirring and quickly adding more to skillet as spinach cooks and shrinks, 20 or 30 seconds total. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

4 Place spinach onto individual plates, divided evenly. Top with fish; sprinkle cheese over fish and serve immediately.
