Ingredients

1pt.fresh blueberries,

1Tbsp.H-E-B Granulated Sugar,

1(8 oz.) pkg.Hill Country Fare Crescent Rolls,

3Tbsp.H-E-B “More Fruit” Fourberry Fruit Spread,

1egg white (optional),

2Tbsp.Central Market Organics™ Cane Sugar,

Directions

1Heat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2In a bowl, combine blueberries with 1 tablespoon granulated sugar until berries are coated; set aside.

3Unroll crescent rolls into 8 equal-sized triangles. On the shortest length of each triangle, place 1 teaspoon fruit spread in center. Press 2 tablespoons of blueberry mixture into fruit spread. Roll dough and fruit up along the length of the triangle. Whisk together egg white and ½ teaspoon of water. Brush rolls with egg white mixture and sprinkle with cane sugar. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden.
