3Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into ¾-inch strips,
3Tbsp.H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream,
½tsp.Hill Country Fare Garlic Powder,
*Hill Country Fare Olive Oil Spray,
*salt and pepper,
1c.H-E-B Corn Squares, crushed with rolling pin,
½c.Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs),
¼c.Hill Country Fare Sliced Almonds,
¼c.H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese,
3Tbsp. each:H-E-B Dijon Mustard and Low Fat Mayonnaise,
2Tbsp. each:H-E-B Honey and Lemon Juice,
1Combine chicken tenders, sour cream, garlic powder and paprika in a zipper bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with olive oil. Combine corn squares, Panko, almonds and cheese in a shallow dish, set aside. Season tenders to taste with salt and pepper. Coat with crumb coating on both sides. Place on prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil.
3Bake tenders for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden and internal temperature reaches 170°F. Combine dipping sauce ingredients and serve with tenders.
