2jars (9.9 oz.)H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms, drained,

1tsp.sesame oil,

1can (14.5 oz.)beef broth,

1can (14.5 oz.)chicken broth,

1tsp.white pepper,

1tsp.onion powder, sauce,

2Tbsp.cornstarch (mix cornstarch with enough water to make a paste), onions, sliced,


1In a 2 quart sauce pot saute mushrooms in sesame oil for 2 minutes.

2 Add remaining ingredients in order as listed. Simmer soup for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
