Ingredients

3 tablespoons Hill Country Fare Canola Oil,

1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Diced Bell Pepper,

1 container (9.5 oz.) H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Cut Green Beans,

1 bag Uncle Ben's® Minute Boil-In-Bag Rice,

2 (14.5 ounce) cans Hill Country Fare Chicken Broth,

1 container (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken,

Directions

1 Heat oil in a large cooking pot over Medium heat. Add diced bell pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.

2 Add green beans, rice and chicken broth; stir to combine. Bring vegetable-soup mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to Medium-Low heat and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3 Add shredded chicken to soup and stir to combine. Heat uncovered for 2 more minutes and serve. Season to taste with salt and a squeeze of lime.
