2(14.5 ounce) cansHill Country Fare Chicken Broth,
1container (12 oz.)H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken,
1Heat oil in a large cooking pot over Medium heat. Add diced bell pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
2Add green beans, rice and chicken broth; stir to combine. Bring vegetable-soup mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to Medium-Low heat and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3Add shredded chicken to soup and stir to combine. Heat uncovered for 2 more minutes and serve. Season to taste with salt and a squeeze of lime.
