2H-E-B Fajita Seasoned Chicken Breasts, sliced thin across the grain,
1red onion, peeled and sliced into rings,
1red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed, sliced thin,
1package (10 oz.) frozen french-cut green beans,
1jar (7 oz.)Farmer's Valley Baby Corn, drained,
1Cook chinese noodles according to package directions, drain well and place in large serving platter.
2Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken fajita strips, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper and green beans; stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add baby corn and stir fry for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve over prepared noodles.
