1large onion, chopped,
1cantomatoes and green chilies,
2earscorn, fresh or frozen, cut into 1 inch slices,
1package(16 oz) HCF frozen whole okra,
1packagefrozen uncooked shrimp tails off,
1Heat oil in a large soup pot to medium high heat.
2Add onions and cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
3Add tomatoes, corn and okra.
4Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes.
5Season to taste with black pepper.
6Add shrimp and cook an additional 2 minutes until shrimp is pink and tender.
