Ingredients

2mediumyellow squash,

1mediumzucchini squash,

*olive oil nonstick cooking spray,

*salt and pepper, to taste,

Directions

1Trim ends from squash. Cut in half lengthwise and into 1/2-inch thick slices.

2Spray a large nonstick skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Heat skillet over Medium heat. Sautèacute; squash in skillet 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.

3Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot
