1/2cupH-E-B Tomato Sauce,
1tube ( 16 oz.)prepared polenta, cut into bite-size pieces,
*H-E-B Fully Cooked Lemon Pepper Pork Loin, heat according to package instructions,
1In a medium skillet, sauté the garlic in the olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute.
2Add the zucchini, tomato, tomato sauce, and salt.
3Continue cooking until the zucchini starts to soften, about 5 minutes.
4Add the polenta and toss gently to coat. Reduce the heat and cook for several minutes more, without stirring, until the polenta is heated through.
5Serve with H-E-B Fully Cooked Lemon Pepper Pork Loin.
