Jalapeno Beets In Vinaigrette

1orange, peeled and sliced into bite-size pieces,

1jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped,

1 to 2green onions, chopped,

1can(14 1/2 oz) HEB whole beets, drained and rinsed,

1/4cupblush or French vinaigrette dressing,


1Place all ingredients in a medium-size bowl; toss to coat.

2Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

3Season to taste with salt and pepper
