1fresh golden pineapple, skin removed and cut into 1-inch thick slices,
1cupH--E-B Brown Sugar,
4cupsH-E-B Creamy Creations Vanilla Ice Cream or Pineapple Sherbet,
1/2cupchocolate shell topping,
1Combine pineapple, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large H-E-B zippered storage bag; toss to coat pineapple.
2Heat coals or grill to medium heat (375 degrees F).
3Brush hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
4Grill pineapple slices for 4 minutes on each side.
5Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, chocolate shell topping and a sprinkle of pecans.
