Ingredients

1tbsp.unsalted butter or margarine,

1/4cupchopped onion,

1clove of garlic, peeled and chopped,

1/2cupchopped tomato,

1/2teaspooncrushed basil,

1can(14 1/2 oz) HCF whole green beans: no salt added, drained,

Directions

1Heat butter or margarine in a medium-size skillet over high heat.

2Add onion and cook 2 minutes or until golden brown.

3Add garlic, tomato and basil.

4Cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Add green beans and 2 tbsp.

6Water; stir to combine.

7Season to taste with pepper and reduce heat to medium-low heat.

8Cook uncovered 4 more minutes
