1poundpeeled and deveined raw shrimp,
*Chef Geoffrey Michael's Caliente Seasoning,
4 to 6flour OR corn tortillas,
*shredded sharp cheddar cheese or jalapeno jack cheese,
1Coat shrimp liberally with Caliente seasoning and sauté in butter 3 to 4 minutes, turning often, over medium high heat.
2Heat tortillas, fill with shrimp and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
